This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all access and use of Signaturesi websites, NEO, Bean, Bean ID, APIs, files, communication features and connected services.

It applies to direct use, automated use and activity performed through an account, integration, application or organization.

02 · General ruleUse must remain lawful, safe and authorized.

You may use Signaturesi only for purposes that are lawful and consistent with the rights, safety and reasonable expectations of other people.

You must not attempt to use product limitations, automation, alternate accounts or technical methods to bypass this policy.

• Evasion of lawful sanctions, restrictions or court orders.
• Forgery, fabricated official documents or false evidence.

• Instructions intended to help avoid lawful investigation.

Signaturesi may restrict activity when it reasonably appears to create serious legal, security or safety risk.

04 · Harm, violence and dangerous activityDo not use Signaturesi to cause physical harm.

You may not use Signaturesi to create, request, distribute, promote or facilitate sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, abuse or endangerment of minors.

Users must not use automated age manipulation, fictional framing or transformation requests to conceal exploitative content involving minors.

06 · Harassment and hateful abuseDo not target people with abuse or intimidation.

• Threatening, stalking or repeatedly intimidating a person.
• Coordinating harassment or targeted humiliation.
• Publishing personal information to encourage abuse.
• Dehumanizing or violent hateful content targeting protected groups.
• Creating deceptive material intended to destroy another person’s reputation.
• Using multiple accounts to evade blocking or moderation.

Criticism, disagreement, satire and discussion of controversial subjects are not automatically prohibited, provided they do not become threatening, exploitative or targeted abuse.

07 · Sexual exploitation and non-consensual contentSexual content must never involve exploitation.

You may not use Signaturesi to create, distribute or facilitate:

• Non-consensual intimate images or recordings.
• Sexual deepfakes of identifiable people without consent.
• Sexual extortion, coercion or blackmail.
• Content involving trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Content that sexualizes minors or age-ambiguous young people.
• Secret recording or invasive surveillance for sexual purposes.

• Pretending AI-generated communication came from a real person.
• Manipulating users into disclosing money, credentials or data.
• Coordinating fake reviews, engagement or public support.

Fiction, parody and clearly disclosed simulation may be allowed when it is not used to deceive or harm.

10 · Cybersecurity and system abuseSecurity research must remain authorized and defensive.

Signaturesi may support defensive security learning, secure coding and authorized testing. It must not be used to compromise systems or accounts.

Claiming educational or research intent does not make unauthorized harmful activity acceptable.

11 · Weapons and dangerous materialsDo not use Signaturesi to develop or deploy weapons.

You may not use the services to meaningfully assist the construction, acquisition, deployment or harmful use of:

• Explosives or improvised explosive devices.
• Chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.
• Weapons intended for unlawful violence.
• Systems designed to autonomously target people.
• Dangerous toxic materials intended to harm people.

High-level historical, safety, policy and prevention discussions may be allowed where they do not provide actionable harmful assistance.

12 · High-impact decisionsAI should not secretly determine major life opportunities.

You may not use Signaturesi as the sole or hidden decision-maker in high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review and lawful safeguards.

2. Housing

   Access to housing, tenancy or accommodation.

3. Credit

   Loans, insurance, creditworthiness or financial access.

4. Education

   Admissions, grading or major disciplinary decisions.

5. Healthcare

6. Legal rights

   Policing, sentencing or access to essential services.

Assistance, organization and human-reviewed analysis may be permitted when the user remains responsible for lawful decision-making.

13 · Professional and regulated adviceAI output must not replace qualified professional judgment.

NEO may assist with general information, organization and drafting. Users must not present its output as licensed professional advice when professional involvement is legally or ethically required.
